Preparation:
Ensure pets are secured.
Remove personal items or valuables from areas to be cleaned.
For Airbnb turnovers, linens and towels should be ready if you want us to handle them.
Special Requests:
If you requested any special cleaning services (deep cleaning, eco-friendly products, carpet cleaning, etc.), we will prioritize those areas.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.
You will receive a confirmation email with all details and estimated cost before your appointment.
